This allows the Bouquet Paste to be rolled to a thickness of 1mm whilst maintaining it’s strength and flexibility. This makes it the superior choice for working with cutters and modelling very fine details such as sugar flowers and leaves.Colour with concentrated paste colours or mix with any pre-coloured ready to roll icing.Keep unused paste airtight and store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
