One pack will make a classic 8 cake or 20-24 cupcakes – depending on how generous you are with your portions!To usePreheat oven to 160°C (fan oven)Grease the bottom and sides of a 7-8 tinIn a large bowl mix the cake mix with the water and vegetable oil with a spatula or whisk for around 5 minutes. Pour the mix into your cake tin.Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed without cake mix on it. Cool for ten minutes in the tin remove and rest on a cooling rack to cool completely for 1 hour.For cupcakes follow instructions 1-4 but pour the mixture into cupcake cases pre-inserted into a cupcake pan/tray. Bake for 25 minutes.
