Roll out sugarpaste on a work surface dusted with icing sugar to prevent sticking. Place the mat over the top and use smoother / rolling pin firmly to create an imprint. Note:- Either side of the mat may be used – one side will give a raised impression and the other side will give a recessed design.Mat may be used with sugarpaste chocolate and buttercream which has been allowed to crust over first.Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat.
