I’ve never been a confident skier. I think I started too late in life. More often than not I descend on my bum in a picture of indignity. Here these delicate figures are making it look oh-so-easy. Just look at the one who’s airborne; there’s plenty of energy here too. This was inspired by a vintage 1950s print and I love the snowy white background that has such a sense of alpine freshness.
