There’s a playful quality to this design that I really like. It appears to be a straightforward interpretation of that perennial Rococo icon Neptune king of the deep. But look more closely. Can you see him looking a little bemused with goggles and snorkel? And sea horses aren’t really horses at all except here..Very playful.
