This beautifully soft velour fabric has a wonderful soft and silky finish that feels lovely to touch. Unlike many velour fabrics this has a matte finish and is not shiny like most velours. It is a medium weight fabric with a good amount of stretch in all directions. We imagine this fabric being made into tops skirts and dresses of lots of different styles.
