There’s a touch of the Sherlock Holmes about our new Raglan Overcoat but without the whiff of pipe smoke and opium. Its a modern take on the veteran wardrobe staple named after the 1st Baron Raglan. He lost his arm in the Crimea and his tailor designed a looser sleeve at a diagonal to be easier to put on. Ours is unlined making a draped garment that’s relaxed and elegant. We’ve used a super sized wool herringbone from heritage Italian mill Luigi Zanieri of Prato.
