This beautiful quality fabric is a head turner! It is made from a base layer of single georgette fabric and then has layers of fringed georgette fabric on top. These layers are created from the same fabric which has been fused to cute out the shape of the fringing and to fuse the edges so that it does not fray. The rows of fringed fabric are sew on approx every 50mm so each layer overlaps the previous one. We imagine this fabric being used in so many creative sewing projects from cushions and bags to skirts and Charleston style dresses!
