A garden is a lovesome thing God wot – Thomas Edward Brown. I agree. It is rather nice to stay at home and not be hankering after faraway adventures. Just sit in the garden and enjoy the sight of the little birds pecking at one’s fat balls. With this gentle approach to life in mind I decided to create a blue tit in my favourite medium – enamel. He is hand made meaning each is very slightly different something I rather welcome. The slight translucency of enamel over metal gives a jewel-like softly glowing effect. Charming bright and gentle.
