To assemble simply fold out the decoration and insert the metal frame – push the frame through the bottom of the balloon with the hooked end facing upwards and secure it by slotting each corner into the balloon’s metal loops. Pop a bulb of your fairy lights through the hook of the frame looping the cable around to keep your little balloon flying high.
