This fabric is light weight with a very soft and airy drape. It feels incredibly silky and has a very soft and subtle satin shimmer finish. At 85 grams per square metre this fabric is classed as a light weight and is slightly sheer. We recommend sewing this fabric with a new very fine sharps needle for best results. It is the perfect choice for sewing tops blouses scarves and robes. If you chose to line it or wear a slip underneath this fabric would also make beautiful skirts and dresses.
